We're proud to share that Neoclease has graduated from Creative Destruction Lab's (CDL) Advanced Therapies program, completing every stage of one of the most selective venture programs in deep tech.
What is CDL?
Creative Destruction Lab is a nonprofit program that helps early-stage science and technology companies scale by pairing them with world-class mentors, investors, and operators. Each cohort works through a series of objective-setting sessions over roughly nine months. At the end of every session, mentors decide which companies are ready to continue, so only a fraction of the starting group reaches graduation.
Our journey through the program
Across five objective-setting sessions, our mentors pushed us on the decisions that shape a company: where to focus, what to build first, and how to communicate it. We were voted through at each checkpoint to progress as a final graduate, and that guidance is a big part of why we're moving faster today.
We were also privileged to learn alongside an inspiring cohort of fellow founders. All of it sharpened how we build our AI-engineered gene editors, designed to reach tissues that conventional editors can't.
Thank you
Thank you to Kiara K. for her stewardship, and to our world-class mentors Kausar N. Samli, Cynthia Lavoie, Robin Quirk, Ted Haack, Anna Jezierski, Andrea Sotak, and Stuart Cain, along with everyone in the CDL community who gave their time and candor.
